We use Setmore to manage our booking system and calendars. Your contact details and appointment times are processed securely through this platform.

Payments

Credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, which is connected to our Setmore system. FastPass Motor School does not see, capture or store your credit card or bank account details. All financial transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.

5. Use of Social Media and Pass Photos

We love celebrating our students’ success. From time to time, we may take a photograph of you after you successfully pass your Practical Driving Assessment to share on our channels.

Explicit Consent

We will only take and publish these photos on FastPass Motor School’s official website or social media channels with your explicit consent.

Students Under 18

If a student is under the age of 18, clear written consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian before any photograph is taken or published. This written consent can be provided digitally, including via email, SMS or a digital confirmation form.

Right to Decline or Remove
